Driven mad by the sight, Forsberg perceives that Kahn's spirit inhabits Wynn and therefore suffers guilt for creating this power-mad, geopolitically murderous monster. Terry Fitzgerald directs Spawn to free Forsberg from Wynn's prison while working undercover in Wynn's office to undermine his influence.
